TCAI, LLC wiill borrower money or credit from you and pay you back 10% on the money.

Q. How does it work?

We purchase single family homes below fair market value.  We do extensive research on the property, neighborhood and market.  Once we have determined that the property is a good buy, we use our 35 years of construction experience to estimate the cost to reposition the property to be the best available in the market place for the price.  If the property meets our investment pro forma, we submit an offer to purchase it. Here’s where you come in as an investor. We use your funds in conjunction with our own capital for the purchase price money, rehab money, and down payment money.

You provide the money, TCAI does the work, you make a nice profit on your money; and so do we. It’s that simple.
